Shipping Methods and Times

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days for domestic shipments (within the US) and 10-25 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose express options at checkout. This typically takes 3-7 business days domestically and 5-12 business days internationally.
  • All shipping times are estimates and begin after the production phase, which usually takes 2-5 business days for custom printing.
  • We ship from multiple fulfillment centers in the US, Europe, and Asia to minimize delivery times based on your location.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and selected method. Standard shipping starts at $4.99 for US orders and $9.99 for international.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (applies to standard shipping only; some restrictions may apply for remote areas).
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our partners like USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local carriers.
  • If you haven't received your tracking info within 5 business days of placing the order, contact us at support@kapikey.com.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
