Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-printed items are eligible only if there's a manufacturing defect, incorrect item shipped, or damage upon arrival.
  • Non-returnable items include personalized designs where the customization was provided by you (unless defective), clearance items, or products marked as final sale.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@kapikey.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the problem.
  2. If approved, we'll email you a return shipping label or instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).
  3. Ship the item back to the fulfillment center address provided. We recommend using a trackable method.
  4. Once received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Expect refunds within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Exchanges for a different size, color, or design are available if stock permits. We'll cover the new shipping cost if the exchange is due to our error.
  • For defective or damaged items, we offer full refunds or free replacements, including shipping.

International Returns
