Ordering Questions

Yes. All orders are processed through Shopify's encrypted and secure checkout system to ensure your information is protected at every step.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

If you didn't receive a confirmation email, the order likely didn't complete. Any "pending" charge you see is temporary and will usually clear within 48 hours, depending on your bank.

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them using the confirmation page. After 5 minutes, please contact support immediately. We'll do everything we can, but because we ship quickly, cancellation is not always guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return once it arrives.

Address updates are time-sensitive. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will attempt to update your order before it is shipped.

United States: $6.99 for orders under $75. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over $300 CAD.
International: Shipping rates vary by destination and weight.

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Yes. Customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is refused and returned to us, the item cost will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Questions

We will send a prepaid return label and send the correct item right away.

Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they physically arrive.Please allow 2 business days, and check with neighbors, building offices, or your mail carrier.If the package does not arrive after 2 days, contact us and we’ll help you with next steps.

If you purchased shipping protection, we will assist you with a claim and replacement.If shipping protection was not added, please contact the carrier for assistance, and our support team will guide you through the process.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Socks and undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds can be issued to the original payment method (handling fee may apply), or as store credit (no fee).

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, processing typically takes 2–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.

For U.S. customers, exchanges and store-credit returns include a free return label.Refunds to the original payment method may include a handling fee.International customers are responsible for return shipping and duties.
