Kapikey is dedicated to your satisfaction with our custom, premium, and eco-friendly apparel. As a dropshipping platform focused on made-to-order products, we handle returns and exchanges with care to minimize waste while ensuring quality. Please read our policy below for details on how to proceed.

Eligibility

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, damaged items, or if the wrong product was shipped. Custom designs are non-returnable unless faulty, as they are printed specifically for your order.
  • Exchanges: Available for size, color, or style changes within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Exchanges for custom items are limited to defects only.
  • Non-eligible items include: Final sale products, personalized apparel (unless defective), and items damaged due to misuse.

Process for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Contact Us: Email support@kapikey.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and whether you'd like a return (refund) or exchange.
  2. Approval and Shipping: We'll review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a return authorization if approved. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label for returns/exchanges due to our error (e.g., defects). Otherwise, you're responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Send It Back: Package the item securely and ship to the provided fulfillment center address. Use a trackable method for safety.
  4. Processing: Upon receipt and inspection (5-7 business days), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange. Refunds exclude original shipping fees and take 5-10 business days to appear.

Refunds

  • Full refunds for defective or incorrect items, including shipping if applicable.
  • Partial refunds may apply for returns not due to our error, deducting restocking fees (up to 15% for custom prints).

International Returns & Exchanges

  • Same timeline and process apply, but customers cover return shipping unless the issue is our fault. Customs duties are non-refundable.

Sustainability Note

To align with our eco-friendly ethos, we encourage thoughtful purchases. If exchanging, we'll recycle or repurpose returned items where possible to reduce environmental impact.
